	Both the Group and the members must keep information confidential unless otherwise required by law.
	Both the Group and the members must avoid any conflict of interest.
	The Group reserves the right to remove members from the Group.
	While the Group will endeavour to supply all information to members and answer all queries to assist members, members are encouraged to gain independent financial advice and independent legal advice to their own satisfaction.

The Group also carefully considers the requests of its members in introducing them to other members who wish to form consortiums to invest in similar projects to themselves and also providing opportunities in those requested investment areas.
